Quality and Impartiality Policy

EIS Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd. provides inspection services for high-risk materials arising from production or imported products under the Board of Investment (BOI) privilege category 36. The company issues inspection reports by adhering strictly to good inspection practices and quality management in accordance with international standards. Personnel are knowledgeable, competent, and maintain professional ethics.

Based on the above quality policy, to ensure that our inspection unit complies effectively with ISO/IEC 17020 standards, EIS Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has determined the following quality objectives:

Provide and maintain services in full compliance with ISO/IEC 17020 requirements, continuously improving inspection processes of high-risk materials from production or imports, to achieve efficiency and accuracy in inspection reports.

Develop staff competency to ensure readiness in delivering services.

Deliver services with impartiality, fairness, and integrity.
